Rick was very professional, thorough and personable throughout the whole process of selling our Dad's home. He was attentive to the information we shared with him about the features and uniqueness of the house, and seemed truly interested in learning all that he could so that he could effectively market the property. When it came to negotiating with potential buyers, he thoroughly explained the pluses and minuses of each, made his suggestions, but then respected the decisions we made.
